Easy Monkey Piggy-Back-Ride Costume!
We made this costume dorsum inwards 2003 for boy #1.
He was 1 together with a half...but walked at 8 months.
Because it was the olden days...we have
real few together with real grainy pictures of it!
And no pace past times pace pictures!
Son #2 wore it when he was 1 together with a half.
He didn't walk until he was fourteen months...
hence at this stage, he HATED it.
But I managed to snap some pics inwards our basement.

To redeem himself...I forced my iv year old into the
suit 1 time again to receive got some improve pictures.
It did non fit...but nosotros managed to squeeze his
skinny legs inwards there!
Okay hither is what nosotros used to brand it.
*Stuffed Gorilla/Monkey toy (about same size equally kid wearing it)
*2 pairs of travail pants that tally the child
*1 duet of overalls that tally the child
*pair of white kid socks
*pair of dark daddy socks
*stuffing
*elastic, needle together with thread, scissors
We started past times cutting opened upwards the dorsum of the monkey toy.
Pulled out it's stuffing...and unpicked its feet.
We cutting out the front end of the overalls hence the trunk of the kid would tally through.
together with sewed it to the opened upwards dorsum of the monkey...

Then 1 duet of sweats was set within the trunk cavity
and downwards through the monkey legs.

The dark socks were added to the bottom of the monkey
