We started alongside adorable double sided newspaper cutting to 3" past times 6"

We wrapped colorful strips of washi tape
 around both sides of the paper

Then cutting the strips inwards half...so ane 1/2" wide.

Rounded the corners in addition to punched a hole inwards them...then
Stuck them inwards a laminator pouch in addition to laminated them!

Then used a slightly smaller hole punch and
punched the plastic roofing the hole.

Tied on around colorful bakers twine...

And started reading!

Adorable!

Laminating keeps that cute washi record inwards house permanently!

Butterfly Specimen

We are non a pet family.  We are an allergic-to-everything family.

My miss works life an injured butterfly.

 It's wing was damaged together with was unable to fly.
It fluttered a bit, but that was it.

 My miss loved that it would sit down on her finger.
I told her she could proceed it...whose allergic to a butterfly, right?
I knew it would but overstep away shortly anyway, because it couldn't fly...

 We fed the Buckeye butterfly, named Luna, a mixture of saccharide H2O together with a drib of soy sauce.
Mostly, she lived inwards a 1/2 gallon bricklayer jounce amongst a cyberspace lid...and lots of leaves.

 And she got or together with hence exterior fourth dimension every day.

Much to my surprise, she lived for three entire weeks!

Now, because trashing her seemed similar a shame...we carefully clipped her wings off...

 And set them carefully inwards a lamination sleeve...business carte du jour size.

 Added a label together with laminated it!

 Perfectly preserved butterfly!

 Awesome!  Fun specimen art!

I mean value that was a skillful kickoff pet.
