This is a perfect means to display lollipops, suckers or fifty-fifty cake pops!

They turned out as well as thus cute!

Traced a curved trouble on the transcend edge...

And used a bandsaw to cutting that edge.

Pretty cute already!

After sanding as well as wiping off the dust,

Some aqua, bluish as well as around pink!

Let them dry out completely.

Then nosotros cutting scrapbook newspaper almost 1/4" smaller than
 the confront of the board as well as glued it on.

Cuter!

 Then nosotros cutting a dissimilar scrapbook newspaper belly for the owl...
no pictures...refer downward to the adjacent one.
Next the eyes.
I used 1 1/8" inwards white, 3/4" inwards bluish as well as 1/2" circles inwards black.

Just used a gum stick to layer them together...
amongst a lilliputian xanthous diamond shaped beak.

Then nosotros went over everything amongst modpodge.

And stuck a lilliputian poesy form almost scripture reading on the back!

Repeated ix times!
Turned out great!
